Hi, I'm Pablo Lorenzo.

I’m a Systems Engineering graduate from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) and currently work as a Software Developer at UNIT S.A., a digital insurance company based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In my day-to-day work, I use technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Angular, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure to build and maintain applications that support real business and financial operations.

Although I’ve worked across both frontend and backend development, my primary interest is backend engineering, system design, and software architecture. I enjoy understanding how systems work internally, how services communicate with each other, and how good abstractions help software remain maintainable as it grows.

Currently, I’m deepening my knowledge in distributed systems, networking, cloud infrastructure and AI engineering as part of my long-term growth as a software engineer.
